Cvent, a market leader in meetings, events, and hospitality technology, has announced its intent to acquire QuickMobile, a pioneer of mobile event apps, based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The acquisition of QuickMobile, with its 100 employees, will broaden and deepen Cvent’s already world-class mobile event app and onsite solution capabilities and help the company extend its reach in the marketplace through QuickMobile’s extensive partner network.
