eTechSuite, technology partner of Australian events management company Arinex, has launched eMeeting, a multi-functional platform that seamlessly delivers virtual and hybrid events.
Creators eTechSuite, as an extension of Arinex, have been servicing the conference and events industry for more than 15 years. While digital streaming technology is not new, it has become essential in connecting people globally and delivering virtual and hybrid events.
This virtual events platform, born from the increasing demand for online meetings due to the inability to meet face-to-face in 2020, has been refined following years of research and industry experience.
“The marketplace has been bombarded with an abundance of new technology providers who all claim they have the best technology for delivering conferences or events but sadly many are likely to disappear just as quickly,” eTechSuite CEO Nicole Walker said.
“This highly competitive market has seen the rapid advancement of digital event technology with fabulous new tools, clever designs, interactive functionality and so much more. Finding the right solution for your conference or event might appear extremely complex – but it doesn’t need to be. Our teams have tried and tested the best global digital platforms and developed criteria to simplify the process. The right platform is only equal to the right technology provider.”
Ms Walker added care was needed not just choosing the digital platform, but also the Digital Conference Organiser (DCO) to help run the online event. “The platform can be incredible but if the Digital Conference Organiser is not an events specialist it can be a minefield. Expertise is needed to understand what suits your needs and budget to avoid additional costs for standard features and ensure it is the right fit.”
The company has also released a ‘101 of virtual and hybrid events’ report, which can be viewed here.
