A central feature of FIEXPO 2025 will be the latest edition of the Political Forum on the Meetings Industry, which this year expands its reach and influence. The Forum will bring together government officials, international agencies, tourism boards, convention bureaux and knowledge economy experts to debate public policies that position the industry as a tool for economic development, international visibility and sustainable legacy.

This year’s agenda will focus on the impact of new geopolitical dynamics on the sector and how destinations, particularly global cities, are rethinking their strategies to strengthen resilience, adapt to change and remain competitive in an ever-evolving environment.

FIEXPO Latin America invites all industry professionals to be part of this pivotal edition, one that promises to redefine how we think, act and plan for the future of meetings.
